Vertical Ray of the Sun, The A confusing, oddly compelling, but beautifully photographed story about three Vietnamese sisters, one sister (Tran Nu Yên-Khê) seems to yearn for a relationship with her handsome brother (Ngo Quang Hai); another sister, a Hanoi cafe owner (Nguyen Nhu Quynh), learns that her photographer husband (Chu Hung) has a child with another woman; and the third (Le Khanh) suspects her writer husband (Manh Cuong Tran) is cheating with a woman in Saigon.
