King of Rubbish-Dump (aka Foul King) An unhappy Vietnamese manager (Hoai Nam Vo) of a garbage dump falls in love with an adopted, illiterate, banana flower seller (Bich Ngoc Nguyen), but he jeopardizes their marriage when jealousy, anger, and distrust consume him and he believes his wife has been unfaithful with a local artist (Hanh Tran).
