Kung Fu Panda Whimsical dialogue and striking, artistic animation dominate this well-paced, family-oriented, fun-filled, funny comedy about a lovable, food-loving Chinese panda (voiceover by Jack Black) who constantly dreams of kung fu and works for his goose-feathered father (voiceover by James Hong) at his noodle shop, and when he is chosen to be the Dragon Warrior by a wise and spiritual tortoise (voiceover by Randall Duk Kim) to the surprise of a martial arts master (voiceover by Dustin Hoffman) and his Furious Five loyal disciples, including a tigress (voiceover by Angelina Jolie), a monkey (voiceover by Jackie Chan), a praying mantis (voiceover by Seth Rogen), a crane (voiceover by David Cross), and a snake (Lucy Liu ), he works hard to protect the frightened villagers from a bitter student (voiceover by Ian McShane) who escapes from prison to exact his revenge.
