Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter After a vampire (Marton Csokas) kills his mother (Robin McLeavy) in 1818 in Indiana and a mysterious stranger (Dominic Cooper) teaches the revenge-driven future politician (Benjamin Walker) to kill the blood-thirsty undead (Rufus Sewell, Erin Wasson, Lawrence Turner, et al.) in 1837 in this hokey, action-packed, blood-splattered, 3D thriller, he eventually takes a job working for an Illinois shopkeeper (Jimmi Simpson) where he meets his future wife (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and methodically kills vampires with his childhood best friend (Anthony Mackie) while trying to protect his young son (Cameron M. Brown), to end slavery, and to stop the legion of vampires from taking over the nation as the 16th president of the United States in 1865.
