Yellow Sea, The

When a desperate, unhappy, down-on-his-luck, ethnic Korean cab driver (Ha Jung-woo), who lives in Yanji City that borders China, Russia, and Korea, reluctantly accepts a contract to kill a South Korean professor in Seoul to pay off his debts and in the hopes that he would find his estranged wife in this violent, intense, dark, 137-minute, 2010 thriller, the hit backfires after a professional hitman gets involved and he finds himself pursued by the police, the Korean Mafia (Cho Seong-Ha, et al.), and the crime lord (Kim Yun-seok) who hired him.
