Roll with It [Available June 25 on DVD and various digital platforms.] When a widowed, down-on-her-luck, assistant manager waitress (Chonda Pierce) in Nashville, who has one moving-to-Dallas son (Evan Hofer), finds the manager (Mark Christopher Lawrenc) has demoted her and given her job at the restaurant to an ambitious, younger assistant manager (McKaley Miller) and then learns she needs $20,000 to pay overdue back taxes in 30 days before her house goes up for auction in Chris Dowling's award-winning, engaging, heartfelt, family-friendly, intermittently funny, predictable, star-dotted (Elisabeth Hasselbeck, John F. Wolk, Cory Scott Allen, Carl McDowell, Shari Rigby, Brett Gentile, Michelle Lea Cook, Angela Fox, and James Locorriere), 96-minute comedy with average acting, she decides to enter a karaoke contest at the small town county fair and to compete against other singers (Jamie Alexander, Susie Monick, Michael W. Smith, et al.) to win the grand prize to save her home from foreclosure.
