Your Monster

[Opens Oct. 25 in theaters.] After a vulnerable, troubled, rage-fueled theatrical singer actress (Melissa Barrera) has surgery to remove a cancerous tumor and her uncaring, longtime playwright/director boyfriend (Edmund Donovann) suddenly breaks up with her in Caroline Lindy's award-winning, dark, touching, predictable, 98-minute romantic horror film based on the 2020 short film, she returns to her childhood home in New York City where she falls for a charismatic, compassionate, supportive monster (Tommy Dewey) living in her closet and when she auditions as a singer for the House of Good Women musical she co-wrote with her boyfriend, her raw, tension-filled emotions escalate quickly.
